HFI Statement on Covid-19

In response to the ongoing global crisis resulting from COVID-19, we would like to reassure clients of our ability to provide a seamless, uninterrupted continuity of service within the framework of government policy and recommendations.

In order to mitigate against the spread of the virus, all non-essential travel for staff has been suspended and our existing policy of homeworking, which maximises use of cloud-based computing solutions, electronic and video communications, has been fully implemented.

The health and wellbeing of our staff, network partners and clients, along with their family members, is our priority. We will continue to monitor the advice of official sources and adapt our working arrangements as necessary to ensure business continuity.
