Costs, timelines, uncertain outcomes and enforcement issues cause significant challenges and Brandon and I are determined to collaborate to offer clients an alternative approach, both in framing dispute resolution mechanisms in contracts and in managing disputes should they arise. I look forward to rolling out this new service to clients as we progress into 2019.”
