Who We Are

Mark is a qualified Irish solicitor with a strong commercial and corporate background. Mark's experience includes advising clients from various industries across the globe on high-value deals including in the energy sector.  He has assisted clients with funding rounds, joint ventures, and corporate restructurings. Mark obtained his Bachelor of Law degree with honours from University College Cork. He is a member of the Irish Environmental Law Association. Prior to joining HFI, Mark worked at Wallace Corporate Counsel LLP, where he was involved with a vast portfolio of deals.
