IEA Launches Energy Perspectives 2020 report
Achieving international climate goals is dependent on dramatically scaling up clean energy technologies and energy innovation will be crucial.
The IEA ‘Energy Technology Perspectives’ 2020 report outlines how we need a radical transformation in the way we supply, transform and use energy. Transforming the power sector alone will only account for a third of the reductions required for international targets and other sectors from transport to buildings will also be required to transition to clean technologies.
