Hugh Fraser International is delighted to support the launch of Adaptive Process Solutions founded by Paul McAlister, James Muir, Robert Marshall and Frank Wurpel. Hugh Fraser International acted in relation to the initial shareholders’, directors and investment agreements.

Adaptive Process Solutions Limited’s technology reduces marine effluent contamination levels and CO2 intensity through improved treatment of produced water.  They provide independent consulting services with hands-on analytics, studies and recommendations for operators predominantly in the North Sea, with international business planned.  They also advise on process engineering projects, manage third party supply chains and develop their own process technologies to better manage produced water treatment.

Hugh Fraser International’s relationship with Paul McAlister goes back almost 20 years when Paul worked at senior roles at Dominion Technology Gases and CETCO Energy Services.
